DON'T LET BEER SPOIL
BY STORING OR POURING IT IMPROPERLY
Rinse a glass with cold water for 1-2 seconds:
Let the glass cool to a temperature of 12-18°C;
Holding your glass at a 45° angle, start pouring the beer. While pouring slowly, start tilting the glass vertically to produce foam. There will be yeast sediment at the bottom of the bottle — Don't worry, it's drinkable!
Beer foam carries the aroma from the brewing ingredients right to your nose! You'll smell the beautiful boutique from hop flowers, and the bread-like smells from the barley we use during the brewing process. The foam density must be «2 fingers» – 3-4 cm. Besides, beer foam just looks nice!
