Where can you deliver “Pravda” beer?
We deliver our beer all over Ukraine by “Nova Poshta” delivery company. We do not send beer abroad for the time being.
How much does delivery cost?
The cost is calculated on “Nova Poshta” rates. Free delivery on ordering “Pravda” beer from 1200 uah. Min - 500 uah.
What are the conditions for bulk orders?
1. To start cooperation, you need to conclude a contract with the customer (you can read the contract here https://www.pravda.beer/wp-content/uploads/2022/07/typovyj-dogovir.pdf )
2. The minimum order accepted for fulfillment is one keg or 2 boxes.
3. Delivery of the ordered batch of goods is carried out no later than on the fifth working day from the moment of acceptance of the order, if the contract is signed.
4. Delivery of bottled beer is carried out by the carrier "Nova Poshta" at our expense
5. Delivery of keg beer is carried out by the carrier "Nova Poshta" at our expense
6. The cost of returning an empty container (keg) is paid by the buyer.
7. Payment for the goods is made on the condition of 100% advance payment of the cost of the goods to our bank account.

How to pay for an order?
Payment for the order is made in cashless form using the LiqPay service.
How long should I wait for beer delivery?
Delivery time depends on a location. For example, our beer will arrive in Kyiv the next day after placing an order, to Kharkiv - in 24 hours. You can find exact delivery time at “Nova Poshta” website.
How long is the order kept at the Nova Poshta branch?
If the order is not picked up within 5 days from the moment of delivery to the branch, it is sent back.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed on weekdays before 12:00 are shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 12pm can be dispatched the next day.
Orders placed after 14:00 on Fridays, weekends and holidays are dispatched on the next working day.
Is there a delivery within Lviv? When can I get my beer order?
Yes. The cost of delivery - 120 UAH. There is a possibility to deliver beyond Lviv. The cost of delivery - a taxi fare.

Can I mix different beer in one order?
Yes. You can order different craft beer in one order.
Do I get bofons (reward points) if I order beer?
If you have a Lokal card, don’t forget to fill in the number when confirming your order. You’ll definitely receive your points

Do you have an international delivery?
Unfortunately, no. We deliver beer within Ukraine for the time being.
What should I do in case of damage?
Please check the goods for integrity at the Nova Poshta. In case of damage, fill in the application for damage at the Nova Poshta and contact us.
Product return
The buyer has the right to refuse the received product of inadequate quality after inspecting it at the time of receiving the product.
In case of rejection of the product of inadequate quality, the price of which was paid by the Buyer through non-cash settlement, the Seller will refund the money to the Buyer for the product of inadequate quality within 3 banking days.
