Together with our friends Brasserie de la Senne and Marco Cervetti cooked a Belgian-Ukrainian saison.
5 types of grain: basic light malt, sour malt, wheat, spelled and sweetened rye. Also used 4 types of hops. Of these, 10 kg of Ukrainian hops “Zagrava” for dry hops.
Light Sasion with a copper tint in color has a creamy foam, the aroma of hops, fresh yeast and grains. The beer tastes like wild strawberries, some apricots, white flowers and a faint hint of nutmeg. It has a gentle, refreshing bitterness with a pleasantly soft body.
