I’m the head cleaner and brewer in “Pravda” Beer Theatre.

Yuri, the owner, and myself have a mutual brewing friend, named Roel, who works in the Netherlands! A few summers ago, Roel and I met, and I stressed how it’s always been my dream to brew outside of the United States. Half a year later, Roel contacted me about brewing in Ukraine, and the rest is history. Before coming to Lviv, I brewed beer for several breweries in the US, including my more recent, Old Town Brewing in Portland, Oregon.
Do I like beer? Hmm, it’s ok?
Favorite beer: It’s not an easy choice, but it’s between Saison and Berliner weisse. My favourite “Pravda” beer was our Berliner weisse with elderberry flowers. Delicious!
